The Henderson Inn is another hotel website I created that focuses on driving traffic to their booking page. I integrated their booking engine into a concise date picker that is located high above the fold. I also made the homepage very image-heavy since they had such beautiful visuals available. I also implemented an ADA plugin that makes the site easy to use for people with disabilities, as well as making the site ADA compliant. I added a cookie popup at the bottom to be as unobtrusive as possible and to be GDPR compliant. I also created a concierge page that highlights local attractions and also includes links to the various websites to not only be easy for potential guests to use, but also to grow the website’s SEO by creating more links out and back.
